Who We Are

Five pillars. One movement.

Pillar 01

Empowering Through Agri-Business

We believe that agriculture is the backbone of economic freedom when treated as a business, which is why we actively encourage communities to pivot toward agri-business. In regions highly favourable for cash crops — such as Meteitei — we identify lower-income families and distribute high-quality coffee tree seedlings. This initiative empowers families to tap directly into the agricultural market, aligning with national efforts to maximise direct, first-hand financial returns for smallholder farmers and creating long-term economic resilience.

Pillar 02

Promoting Clean Energy & Technology

We are deeply committed to ensuring that remote and off-grid rural communities are never left behind in the transition to modern technology. We advocate for and facilitate access to clean, safe energy alternatives — advising households on reliable power options and connecting communities with partners like d.light for professional solar installations. We also drive awareness and adoption of energy-efficient solutions such as Jikokoas and sustainable biogas systems to promote environmental conservation and healthier households.

Pillar 03

Uplifting Vulnerable Communities

True development leaves no one behind. Every year we assess local needs and directly support the most vulnerable — providing senior citizens who cannot physically engage in business activities with essential care through quality mattresses, blankets and household utensils. Where the need is greatest, we step in with dignity, warmth and comfort.

Pillar 04

Building Strategic Partnerships

Sustainable development is built on collaboration — no single organisation can walk alone. While our primary focus remains economic empowerment, we act as a vital community bridge. When we identify critical health or social challenges within the communities we serve, we leverage our network to refer specialised PBOs and expert partners to deliver targeted interventions, ensuring community members access the rightful resources they need to succeed.

Pillar 05

Supporting Education & Local Schools

Investing in the next generation is vital for breaking the cycle of poverty. As part of our annual outreach, we partner with local schools to identify children from disadvantaged backgrounds who lack basic academic necessities and provide them with essential school uniforms. By removing that financial barrier for families, we help keep vulnerable children in school — comfortably, and with dignity.
